This audiobook covered a lot of information that was neatly broken down into appropriate sections. The organization as well as the narrator’s pleasant tone made it easy to follow along. The narrator spoke in a way that sometimes made me forget that I was listening to a review guide, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it!

Old-fashioned manifesting

The concepts in these works by Nietzsche stood out to me as a way of explaining what many today call “manifesting”—we all have this force within us that can drive us to meet our goals. Essentially, anything is possible as long as we have the will. The dense information in this collection was easy to understand thanks to the relaxed and easy nature of the narrator’s tone. These works are definitely worth a listen, especially in today’s world.

Makes Dostoyevsky easy listening!

I’ve never had the chance to read or experience any of Dostoyevsky’s works, until now. While some may prefer a more dramatic narrator, I appreciated Michael Harding’s easy and clear tone. He helps listeners stay engaged in the story, while also having authentic Russian pronunciations. During all four works I felt that I was easily able to follow along.
