Historia
When correspondent Tate McKenna broke her own rules and took navy pilot Lieutenant Commander Evan Kane home from an embassy dinner in Bahrain, she knew all the reasons why it wouldn't work. Long, unpredictable work hours. Extended absences. The dangers inherent in their jobs. Yet after being with Evan once, it was inconceivable she wouldn't be with her again. When they finally have a chance to get things right, danger follows them home from Afghanistan.

So good
Revisado: 01-20-15
I absolutely loved this book. I couldn't stop listening. It seriously was an easy listen. I like Stella Blooms voice she does a good job of male characters different. The voice she did for the bad guy was creepy enough to sometimes give me chills. I live in Seattle so i enjoyed that aspect of the story. I have had a lot of friends and family serve in the different services and the PTSD aspect was spot on. Such a good book most definitely going to be a repeat listener of this one.

My favorite Radclyffe series!
Revisado: 11-27-14
What did you love best about Safe Harbor?
I love this book. I love this series. I personally found Radclyffe by mistake, I was tired or reading Nicholas Sparks books about straight couples. Great books but I wanted something I could relate to a little more. I started with the Honor series, then Justice Series and finally with the Provincetown Tales. These are by far my favorite. I love Reese. She is everything I wish I was so I guess I am like Bri. In Safe Harbor you get little pieces of who Reese is and there is so many different back stories that make you feel like this isn't a fictional character it could be someone who know. The characters really come to life. I had a lot more written then discovered I was writing spoilers so I deleted it. Seriously please read this book its amazing.
What did you like best about this story?
Can I say everything? I loved this book. I love this series. I think what I loved the most is the fact that while the book is about two woman falling in love, it touches on so many different social issues. It is just a beautiful story.
Have you listened to any of Nicol Zanzarella’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No, but she did the entire series and she is great. Not as good as Betsy Zajko but leagues above Abby Craden. She has a beautiful voice and you can easily get lost in her voice and Radclyffes words.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There was. I do not want to talk about it because it gives away some really special parts of the book. I would say in this book I can easily think of 3 different times I was moved.
Any additional comments?
I have listened to this series at least 4 times and am working on my 5th time. It is such a great story, I hope she writes more for it soon.

Heartbreaking, heartwarming.
Revisado: 11-27-14
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would, this is a great story. You always want to know more... you can easily identify with each other the women in the story. The feel and tone of the book is real, this could be you or it could be me and the mystery behind each women is true to how we lead our lives. I bought this book on 11/6/14 and today is 11/27/14 and I have listened to it 4 times, it is just a beautiful story.
What other book might you compare Fated Love to and why?
I do not compare books to each other each book offers something new so to compare is unfair. I would say this is very much a Radclyffe novel and I personally love her novels so I guess, I would compare it to that. If you want to compare it to another author i think this is a little similar to some of Nicholas Sparks books just gay.
What does Abby Craden bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I typically do not like Abby Craden, I find her that she tries to voice the "butch" character of the story and to me it sounds like no woman I have ever met. Just because a woman is "butch" doesn't mean she sounds like a man. I will say in this story, maybe because Quinn isn't really that "butch" she didn't do it very much, so I enjoyed her doing this story. I own the entire honor series where Craden is the narrator as well and I think it is a large part of the reason why it is my least favorite series.
Who was the most memorable character of Fated Love and why?
Quinn completely she is like a dream woman. Smart, kind, gentle, knowing. The way she is portrayed in the book I do not think you can read it and not fall in love with her. At least I didn't.
Any additional comments?
Even though Craden is the narrator of the story still listen, its really a great book.

Now, in A Feast for Crows, Martin delivers the long-awaited fourth book of his landmark series, as a kingdom torn asunder finds itself at last on the brink of peace . . . only to be launched on an even more terrifying course of destruction.

First time I saw her was in the mirror on my locker door. I'd kicked my swim gear onto the bottom shelf and was reaching to the top for my calc book when she opened her locker across the hall. She had a streaked blonde ponytail dangling out the back of her baseball cap.... We slammed our lockers in unison and turned. Her eyes met mine. "Hi," she said, smiling. My stomach fluttered. "Hi," I answered automatically. She was new. Had to be. I would've noticed her. She sauntered away, but not before I caught a glimpse of her T-shirt. It said: IMRU? Am I what?
