Great Narration

This was an audio re-read! The narration was incredible and so emotional. The magic system is so unique, and I love a Greek mythological retelling. This story is heart-wrenching and mysterious, creating a vivid world of 6 kingdoms and their power and struggles. It’s dark and there are a lot of triggers so make sure you heed the trigger warnings.
Auren has so much character growth throughout this series that you almost forget how naive and weak she was in the beginning. I read the first three books of this series years ago and I’m excited to finish the last three series after this reread!

Fantastic Narration!

This series is captivating with a blend of dystopian and magical realism, intense emotional depth, while showcasing the brutal nature of both humans and supernatural beings. From the prologue to the final page, I found myself completely engrossed. Diana's journey, her struggles and self-doubt, the deceit and betrayal, had me instantly hooked. The series is significantly influenced by intricate political dynamics, adding depth to the unfolding story. The concept of found family adds another layer to this world, and I truly appreciated the conclusion of this trilogy. Each installment continues to get better and better! I loved the narration and I can’t wait for the next trilogy!

What a great narration!!!
I started this series last week and could NOT put it down. Wow. The adventure and action in Hidden by Fate kept me so engrossed throughout the entirety of the book. This is absolutely one of those series that just keeps getting better and better. Every time I think I have a favorite character, a new one gets introduced that has me falling in love with them! Sal, Theo, Gabe, Myrr, Nathaniel, Sienna, Dom, and last but certainly not least Diana and Raven. The found family aspect, the sacrifice, the humor, and the plot all lead to a fun filled tale filled with a plethora of tension, plot twists, emotion, and intrigue.

Great narration to an amazing story!

This has been one of my most anticipated reads of 2024, and it did NOT disappoint.
I listened to the audio as a reread and I loved listening to it! Amanda does a great job narrating.
I freaking love Nia. Her character growth was astounding in this book. She really came into her own in this book, and showed so much strength and resilience. This book started my love affair with the dream stalker, and I’m team hot villain alllllllllll the way. There was so much delicious tension and build up, I found myself drooling over the Dream Stalker while he was being unhinged and savage. The banter between the characters was perfectly showcased, adding to that magical realism effect that C&N are always so great at displaying. I have so many theories circling my mind, that I absolutely will be dreaming about until the release of Lady of the Lake. I can’t freaking WAIT for the final book in the series.
I also don’t know who the villains are, and that makes it so fun. Is it Mordred? Is it Talan? Is it the AT agents? Obviously Auberon, but who else are we hating? That ending had me SCREAMING. I did not expect it. At all.
