Historia
It’s just another Thanksgiving for the Sullivans - until the walls disappear and they discover they are being transported to Arenia, a place where game rules are real and their Earthen ability to reincarnate grants them unlimited potential. Or it would, if the celestial administrator in charge of their case hadn’t mixed up longitude and latitude and sent the wrong family. Now scattered throughout the Arenian wilderness and armed only with their Tomes, the family members must discover a strength they didn’t know they had if they are going to survive.

Great Book, and Better Audio
Revisado: 01-05-22
Like usual SoundBooth hit it out of the park!
The story sets the world and introduces your cast of main characters. Some what unique to the genre this story follows a family instead of any specific single character. its a neat take on the genre and the storylines for each character although a little short were fun to follow. Overall i will be picking up the second audiobook when it comes out!

Preparation for Book 8
Revisado: 06-03-20
Aleron Kong had created something amazing with the land. However, this book was soley focused on the MC, and barely progressed the story or world at large. To put it bluntly this was a filler novel that did next to nothing to progress the story or develop anymore of the world at large. This doesn't make it bad, it just may not be what the audience is looking for from the series that hooked us with its characters, adventures and world building.
However there are alot of positives that allude to an outstanding return to form in the next novel, the idea this was released to Scale the MC up a bit seems accurate. Alot of MC specific progress in this novel and certain events could allow Aleron to focus more on the story and world and less on the stats and abilities of our hero moving forward.
This gives me and i am sure many other readers/listeners hope that when book 8 arrives We will see some epic progress in The Land after the trials of the abyss are overcome.

Awesome Scifi novel
Revisado: 03-09-20
Overall a very interesting story, with deeper scifi plot elements that unpack the further you progress through the story. It even has some Post-Apocalyptic aspects that really take it further. Overall the story is well written and the performance is OK, the tone he sets for the story and characters is a bit dry at first, but after a chapter or two you will be used to his style!

Good Book!
Revisado: 01-10-20
i liked this book but it was a little bit hard to follow at some points, it was a great story but between this book and the previous there were alot of characters to follow and alot happening so following along often took a bit of rewinding. It doesnt detract from the overall book much however. The narration was better then the previous installment but it utilized an errie music that made my stomach turn, not that it didnt add layers to the story but some people maybe turned off to those types of effects. Overall if youve been a fan of the series you wont be disappointed by this installment!

Good Book!
Revisado: 01-03-20
The story was entertaining and had alot of twists and turns, i failed to listen to the first book in the series first, but this story worked well as a standalone novel, and i will be listening to the next book in the series. The narration in the first half of the book was too fast and hard to understand at points hence the 4 star review, it did however even out and become much better as it progressed. The way the story is told builds alot of suspense. Definitely worth a listen!

Great story!
Revisado: 12-31-19
The story is fun and will keep you listening through an okay narration. The suspense and Final Twist are awesome!
The MCs background and story are interesting, a good portion of the story develops the character and world, then the Post apoc story begins with a big twist at the end. Some of it felt like it could flow better with a slower narration, but overall it doesnt detract from the story. Good Scifi Novel!

Historia
Ryan doesn’t remember much about his life before becoming dungeon core. Only that he had a bit of a disagreement with the church - something to do with a beheading? Now reborn, Ryan begins to arm his darkness dungeon with devious traps, bestial zombies, and ill-named skeletal creations, without doing anything too evil. Well, mostly. Some adventurers just deserve a stalactite to the head. But Ryan quickly learns being a darkness dungeon isn’t all loot and bone puns.

Excellent
Revisado: 12-30-19
I'll start by saying this book is a Dungeon Core Litrpg, and it is different enough from older popular ones to be well worth picking up in its own right.
The novel is centered on a dungeon but it does have a MC human as well as dedicates chapters to developing the Main Antagonist of the Novel. The LITRPG elements are extremely well done and more loot and mob focused then specfic stat focused. In my opinion It is a nice change of pace. The Dungeon is likeable and has alot of quirks that bring humor to the story. Overall i would recommend picking this book up and giving it a listen ASAP if you enjoy other Dungeon Core or LITRPG. One issue i have with this novel (which maybe more focused on later given this is the first installment) is lack of grand world building, the local map so to speak is pretty fleshed out but its hard to grasp the world at large fully in the first novel. However, there is a bit of foreshadowing that this maybe discussed and fleshed out in later entries and it doesnt take anything away from the book.

Series Continues to Deliver
Revisado: 12-16-19
Another great entry in this growing series! Overall the story of book 4 is excellent and keeps the listener engaged the entire time. The author developed the overarching story while including fun missions or quests for the MCs. Some emotional development occurs near the end as well that I would call a tear jerker. The audio again was great, there were a couple areas where skipping occurred in some of the mid chapters but its short lived and will not reappear, overall it didn't detract from the story or narration.
If you haven't picked this series up I would suggest to do so, it is quickly becoming one of the better active, litrpg stories available on Audible.

Another Winner!
Revisado: 11-19-19
Let me open with saying that i was under the impression this series was a trilogy, but at the end of Book three there is still so much story left for Mrs. Cowley to expand on, meaning im excited for the future of the series. Overall the development and paths of the characters took interesting turns to say the least. In my opinion the lets say "teased" main love focus for harper, that began to unfold in the last novel is not my favorite, I ship the goldenhearted Ex-Dragon Rider with a troubled past personally. This being said the story and development will overcome any personal choices the characters make that you may or may not agree with and if you sit tight till the end you'll be pleasantly surprised on what she leaves us with, or very upset. But either way the story is emotionally enthralling.
As Always Jack Voraces Continues to improve with every performance and will soon be one of the big Names in Narration, so far he has only gone forward and given his current body of work, i see that continuing for the long haul. I would highly suggest any novel he is the narrator of.

Overall the story was good' with some slow parts
Revisado: 10-16-19
The story was a good continuation and by no means bad but it did have a few areas where it seemed to drag parts out more so then may have been needed. Not much story development in the way of the tournament at least from the MCs perspective. However the book ended great and set up a hopefully spectacular book 3! As always nick did an amazing job with narration.
