Phenomenal book!

Read it~ and be alive in your own life.
Revisado: 01-08-25
Paul writes well. That is an obvious. Why I recommend the book is because the author’s attempt … to live, show, rather than say, how to live a life well lived. Yes you can make a dent in the world. And Paul, given a ‘poor hand’ in life showed you can turn mud to marble.

Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

Honesty and discovery of yourself
Revisado: 03-31-24
Loved the unabridged directness of Prince Harry. Seems that life is full of twist and turns, even for royals. This books helps me reflect on what matters in life while connects me with events throughout my life noted in the periphery of news cycles. I am glad Harry wrote something and is now declaring this to the world. Good job Harry!

Historia
Running a business should be exciting and rewarding, not a burden. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs fall into the daily grind of stamping out fires and doing everything themselves because they’ve unknowingly become their own best employee and the bottleneck of their business. Do questions, decisions, and problems always funnel their way back to you? Has your business become a revolving door for employees or the permanent residence for under-performers? Are you tired of burning the candle at both ends and not living life on your terms?

It is a good book with substantial insights on developing the better version of you. Love the simplicity of concepts. Love the author’s tone and directness. Love the idea to clone yourself and focus on your greater purpose. I will read this many times over and recommend it to anyone aiming high in their life.

Historia
Our brains do their best to help us out, but every so often they can be real assholes - having meltdowns, getting addicted to things, or shutting down completely at the worst possible moments. Your brain knows it's not good to do these things, but it can't help it sometimes - especially if it's obsessing about trauma it can't overcome. That's where this life-changing book comes in. With humor, patience, science, and lots of good-ole swearing, Dr. Faith explains what's going on in your skull, and talks you through the process of retraining your brain to respond appropriately....

Very helpful
Revisado: 08-01-22
Love the tone… very accessible. I never learned psychology and this author makes it much more accessible. I was never going to get a therapist thinking it’s not needed. While I still don’t need it, I got it and feel it’sa wonderful experience to find blindspot and digest them.

Awesome read for the busy mind
Revisado: 07-10-22
Honestly I was not planning to have this read so quickly. Barely a week has gone by and I finished the whole book. Yes I’m super busy and everything that I do but I just could not stop appreciate the different insights on the values that busy people have, and the values that happy people have. Greg talks about essentiallism, and which is to me a new concept that I adore, and will absolutely benefit for the rest of my life …. on applying things that instinctively I know, but with his story telling, and summarizing, allows me to grab grasp and implement.

Wonderful and useful

I love the new concept being shared. I was introduced to this book because somehow, I was uncomfortable in a new position I just got.
I now see the context of why, and see the possibility to get even further.
I love the part about relationship … but I might have to work a bit harder on that to be in one to be in one🤣!
