Horrible… Horrible Narration…. Omg…

I’m a big fan of the jet series so I was excited to see there was a book 9 available. However, I was quickly disappointed in the quality of the narration. Absolutely terrible. No inflection or emotion. No accents. I don’t see how it could be any worse.

Complete waste of time

Very disappointed. Virtually no action throughout the book. Felt like it was a book written just to satisfy some contractual obligation. Just a series of dropping hints with an obvious reveal at the very end. Makes me not want to even continue

This was just plain boring. I am familiar this Mayberry's scifi horror stuff and expected a bit more action.... did not find it here....

I miss the Reacher from the early days

This book is just plain boring. Definitely not the Jack reacher for the early days of the series. Very little action and plodding storyline. Glad I could get my credit back

Amateur hour writing and even worse narration

The dialogue was so predictable and boring. Definitely not at the level of a professional writer as I was expecting. The narrator was just really bad. Stay away.

Boring and monotonous. The characters were just not very interesting. And the New York queens accent of one of the characters got really old after a while.

Expected better story

Not bad story... But was hoping for a character along the lines of a Mitch Rapp or Dewey Andreas....or Victor. Narrator was pretty amateurish sounding.... Cannot recommend unless you are desperate.

Enjoyed the story. Started good. Liked the wry humor of the main character. All the super technical detail of the first 2 hours almost got to be too much and I almost gave up on it. Thankfully more characters got b involved and was great after that.

Where does Black Site rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

, I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Great initial character development with enough back story to get you to understand the character with getting boring. Excellent narration and the story development definitely kept me interested all the way through. Get it!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Booooo!!!! Worst of the series :(

Very disappointing compared to the other books to this pojnt in the series. Way to long into the book before getting to any real action or excitement, silly dialog, ....uhggg...waste of time. Skip this one if you loved tge others .
