Historia
I thought I was sorted on the life front. I was a heart surgeon with a loving partner and two gorgeous little girls. Except my husband’s version of "loving" is lying, cheating, and sleeping his way around London. Which means I definitely deserve a refund. Unfortunately, moving on isn’t that simple. Just because I know how to operate on a heart doesn’t mean I know how to fix my broken one. Plus, I lost the receipt for him years ago, so I’m definitely getting shortchanged. But now that I’m single, am I ready to mingle?

very relatable

Loved it, characters are very relatable. Every now and then I find myself wondering how they are doing.
Laughed out loud a couple of times.

Historia
The idea that “thoughts become things” has become a meme in popular culture. It’s held as a firm proposition in metaphysics, and some spiritual teachers ascribe infinite powers to the mind. But are these claims scientifically accurate? What does the scientific evidence tell us about the scope of the human mind to transform thoughts into reality?

I think I'll get the kindle version of this book.
I would really love to know the content, but I cannot listen to it.
I'm not a native English speaker so it's double hard.

couldn't finish it
Revisado: 12-02-18
I couldn't listen to the whole book. I did find the content interesting and the sound of the narrator's voice is nice, but the way it is read feels like a robot. the rhythm was weird with pauses where you wouldn't expect a pause.
