Didn’t enjoy this
Revisado: 01-10-24
Glad it is finally over, disjointed, unorganized and useless. I should have stopped reading much earlier but I was hoping the book will get better as I go forward

Historia
There used to be two teams in every workplace: management and labor. Now there’s a third team, the linchpins. These people invent, lead (regardless of title), connect others, make things happen, and create order out of chaos. They figure out what to do when there’s no rule book. They delight and challenge their customers and peers. They love their work, pour their best selves into it, and turn each day into a kind of art.

I guess Permission Marketing has set the bar too high, even Seth himself struggles to reach that level once again

Great content but 3 stars
Revisado: 12-18-22
While I find the content and ideas here make total sense I have at times struggled to follow the scientific terminology and abbreviations .
I get the sense that non specialists would benefit more from a simplified version written specifically for them.

Historia
A century has passed since the outbreak of World War I, yet as military historian Hew Strachan argues in this brilliant and authoritative new book, the legacy of the "war to end all wars" is with us still. The First World War was a truly global conflict from the start, with many of the most decisive battles fought in or directly affecting the Balkans, Africa, and the Ottoman Empire. Even more than World War II, the First World War continues to shape the politics and international relations of our world.

Difficult to follow
Revisado: 10-07-22
Maybe it is the subject, maybe the fact that there was so many fronts during WW I or maybe it is just me. Nevertheless the effect collecting and assembling the information cannot be underestimated.

Great book but not suitable as an audiobook

Enormous amounts of references to the accompanying PDFs make it really difficult to benefit from the book if you are listening on the go

I can’t say that I disagree with the principles discussed in this book but I can certainly say that I didn’t learn much either.
