Terrible all around

I was initially intrigued, but after 30 minutes I realized how terrible this book was. There’s absolutely no character development. And the male narrator is so so bad.

Beyond excellent!!

Ken Follett has become one of my favorite authors. This is the 4th book from him that I've completed and I can wait to start the last book in this trilogy. He's an amazing writer. His use of imagery and historic accurate made me feel like I was there in the midst of the tale. John Lee's versatility with accents gave life to each character.

Indian, not really.

The story line was good, but I was disappointed and very annoyed with the mispronounced Indian words. It made the story seem less authentic.
