I would recommend purchasing the hard copy book first. I have the hard copy book which I have used daily for a few weeks. I purchased the audio book recently, which has been a great help.This book has been very effective in our home in various areas. I am thankful to have found this resource!!

There is a lot....I am still "chewing" on.

As a Born Again Christian seeking to fully understand what "NOW Faith" is....this was VERY helpful in many ways. Some of the words were not for me, however, I am able to listen without judgment and for that I have been blessed. I purchased another book by Mr. Tolle and look forward to listening to it soon.
