Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Much better than expected
Revisado: 01-03-24
I thought this was going to be a crappy self help book. Turns out it’s quite thought provoking. It’s got a refreshing perspective, and it will help you pause and rethink what you’re prioritizing in life. A few of my family members would benefit from reading this, haha.
Good book. 5/5. would recommend.

Not a good bedtime flow
Revisado: 11-27-19
instructor was good, but the flow was not a bedtime flow. You should not be trying to generate heat before bed. Standing postures for bedtime are a no-no, chair before bed is a no-no, warrior 1,2 and reverse, also no-nos for bedtime. This is supposed to be a bedtime routine, not a morning or mid-day routine... I dont want to hear you say "hold it.... you got it... keep it up... etc..." before bed. I should hear "let it go... it's bedtime... it's time for rest now... etc..."
Don't do this expecting a wind down flow. It is not wind down.

Dumb, but cute
Revisado: 10-13-19
Enjoyable and cute. The plot was silly and characters stereotypical. It had a good soundtrack that worked to pull you in. All things considered, it's a dumb story for kids, and most adults probably wont like it much.
If you want a good book for your kid, or just want to read a silly kids book, I recommend this one.
