I didn’t want this book to end. I could have stayed with these characters far longer. Unpredictable, heartfelt, eye-opening, and so immersive. All I want is to sip tea with these amazing people.

I will always remember Addie LaRue
Revisado: 04-11-22
I loved this book. When it ended, a part of me felt empty and I desperately missed Addie. To this day, I still compare all other novels to how this book made me feel. The narrator is amazing, the story is captivating, and you can so easily get lost in time. I can't recommend this book enough.

I didn't want it to end!
Revisado: 03-24-22
This book is a revelation. I loved it. I was so sad that it had to end and I wouldn't be a part of any more adventures with this unlikely family. The narration was wonderful and I felt that I knew each character. I would love a sequel!

Historia
P.G. Wodehouse, the master of British humor, produced dozens of books and hundreds of short stories in his long and prolific career. But none of his creations has quite captured the world's imagination as much as his bumbling, empty-headed man-about-town Bertie Wooster and Bertie's faithful knight-in-shining-tuxedo Jeeves. Collected here are some of Wodehouse's most beloved Jeeves-and-Wooster tales - 10 short stories from the anthology Carry On, Jeeves as well as the novel The Inimitable Jeeves - each a master class in comedic writing.

I really enjoyed this double header. Wodehouse's Jeeves series are awesome and I love that you don't have to read them in any order, though I recommend The Inimitable Jeeves should be the first. The fact that the narrator was American didn't bother me at all, in fact, I thought he was great! I laughed out loud! Looking for more by this narrator, especially more Jeeves!

Historia
Everyone knows everyone in the tiny town of Bourne, but the Mitchell triplets are especially beloved. Mirabel is the smartest person anyone knows, and no one doubts it just because she can’t speak. Monday is the town’s purveyor of books now that the library’s closed - tell her the book you think you want, and she’ll pull the one you actually do from the microwave or her sock drawer. Mab’s job is hardest of all: get good grades, get into college, get out of Bourne.

Amazing book!
Revisado: 11-02-21
I loved this book. I felt like I was a part of the Mitchell family, another resident of their small town. The narration was brilliant. All three women embodied their characters and I couldn't stop listening. I loved that there is a brief interview with both the author and the audiobook producer, which gave me insight into both the story and how they made the audiobook. I can't recommend this book enough!

Historia
Dr. Victor Kraus labored tirelessly as a wildlife ecologist, passionately striving to use science and reformed policies to curtail the human activities driving global warming and fueling the sixth mass extinction. When Victor realized that nothing would stop the number of species being lost to human greed and overconsumption, he resorted to using the only weapon left in his arsenal: the first mass human extinction. A highly lethal engineered virus was developed and disseminated around the world to reduce the human population to one billion people. As the viral apocalypse detonated across the globe, the virus destroyed billions of lives and delivered fear and chaos to every corner of the earth. With the pandemic running rampant, a Montana virologist working on a vaccine, recruited an unlikely group of friends to help him hunt down an increasingly brazen Victor, stop the virus, and save what is left of humankind.

If you could sum up Seventh Extinction: The Genesis Project in three words, what would they be?
Interesting and thought provoking.
What about Kevin Theis’s performance did you like?
I love this narrator. He brings the story to life for me. He uses great tone and inflection, which helps keep me invested in the story.

What an amazing journey!
Revisado: 09-22-17
Would you consider the audio edition of Invading Nirvana to be better than the print version?
The audio edition, read by the author, is amazing. By the end of the book, I felt like Kevin and I were old friends.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Invading Nirvana?
Kevin starts going to auditions and is in the room with some of these big names, people who get regular work on TV and Movies and it made me feel a true sense of awe. It really made me feel the magnitude of where he is at that moment.
What about Kevin Theis’s performance did you like?
I love hearing the words in the voice of the author. Kevin's performance was wonderful and truly helped me be a part of his journey.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I laughed out loud many, many times while listening to this book, but Kevin's journey is a roller coaster of emotion and I truly had to hold back tears a few times.
Any additional comments?
This is a great listen. Keving Theis is easy to relate to and he invites you to take a journey that so many of us have dreamed of taking.
