I enjoyed listening to this. Several of the case studies were quite intriguing, and you can use the lessons right away in your everyday life. Perhaps everyone is aware that having the right mentality is essential for success, but the author makes a lovely connection between the two by at times using empirical case studies and other times citing old Indian literature.

I discovered this book really motivating and accommodating. Ryan James composes a simple to follow self improvement manual for acing the advantages of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The thought behind CBT is that you can change your contemplation and in this manner improve your response to feelings that you can't change in circumstances, helping you with nervousness, stress, and gloom to give some examples.
