Underwhelming compared to the others..

This was so lame compared to the other books.. I wish they had more action it wasn’t as thrilling as the or adventurous. Most of the story Elvira was a prisoner.. then one quick battle and it was over.. I hope this plays into the next book because otherwise is was pointless.. 🥱

Excellent Book series

I have 2 issues with this book 1. It’s supposed to be a “Little Mermaid retelling” yet most of that is in the 3 act of the series it’s more geared towards Wendy and Hook.. which I enjoyed but it’s barely a little mermaid story.. 2. Wendy is such an obnoxious teenager.. she’s such a brat and doesn’t listen she does whatever and people are just trying to keep her safe.. she’s completely irrational with her Father and he has valid reasons for doing what he does.. she’s does have good moments in the book but mostly she’s a whiny brat.. I hope she matures in the 3rd book

Captain Hook Origin Story

There’s something about pirates that’s gets my heart racing!! Especially because I picture the Once Upon a Time Captain Hook as Cedric! The salty ocean air and open seas just feels so glamorous and exciting! True adventure awaits and it’s so thrilling listening to the swashbuckling action and steamy romance!

Instant Classic!

A fun retelling of a classic tale! I loved this story and I was immersed in the adventure instantly. The narration is amazing and I loved how her changes for each character. So good!

A bit Cliche and kinda cheesy

This had ALL THE TROPES… the narration was really great but the storyline was so predictable and typical I do love her crazy friend who drives like a madman and I don’t understand why all royals have British accents when they are from random countries I dunno.. the mom plotline tho was a bit of a twist but also kinda predictable at the same time… it was not memorable at all and even replayed the ending because I wasn’t sure if I actually finished it

There’s soo much that was different! 😭 I feel like all the characters are more not as likable as they are in the movie! Margo is kinda rude, Josh kisses LG?! Peter is too insecure I dunno it’s not what I expected! I do like how they actually talk about what happened to their mom tho!

Predictable and kinda boring

Original concept for a story but it was clear from the jump that you know how it would end.. I’m kinda they made Liam a jerk.. I genuinely liked him at first but there was wayyy too much going on.. and I kinda wanted Amanda to confirm Liam at the end.. it’s a meh story overall

It was cute but there was no consequences.. I mean I’m surprised no one found out they had a fake relationship by the end of the story.. also the male narration of the female voices was a little cringe at times but it was a cute story overall

Everything about this story is so good! The banter, the desire and passion between them is palpable. You can feel their heat jump off the pages! Vincent is so sweet the perfect guy! I would definitely recommend

I loved this classic romcom vibe!

So cute! Honestly I love a smart female lead! She’s honest with herself and isn’t afraid to speak up and say what she feels which is so refreshing! Everything about this story is giving me life and I love that Juliet is in her 30s like me!
