Great for sleeping! We now have recently added to our collection and love settling in at night to nature sounds. I do sleep well and wake up feeling ready for the day. I don't know if it's the nature sounds or not, but I'm not going to change a good thing!

The sea always calms me and now can close my eyes and I'm there, lying on the beach while I listen to the gentle sound of the waves.
