If you are a Gray Man fan, then you should like Duff as a hero who is human. Story is action-packed and well narrated.

Story is great if you like the idea of David Goggins training you. Jesse Itzer is very entertaining. Also get a small glimpse at the other side of one of America’s most successful businesswomen. Worth it.

Must Read for Military - Amazing Storyteller

As a retired Naval Aviator, I really appreciate hearing what it was like behind the scenes at the highest level on missions that I participated in.
There were some reviews that didn’t like the childhood stories, but I always find it interesting to hear what inspired the author to pursue his dream.
BUDS stories are some of my favorite and ADM McRaven doesn’t disappoint.
I really like the fact that he gives credit where it is due and where he found inspiration and motivation.

As a former FA-18 A-F pilot, I can honestly say that the Raven One series of books is as close as you can get to being there. I appreciate the homage to real aviators who post their lives in the service of our country. Once I started listening, I couldn’t stop.
