He estado interesado en el accidente de Chernobyl durante algún tiempo y he escuchado bastante al respecto. A pesar de esto, realmente disfruté este libro y aprendí mucho sobre los detalles del accidente que no habían estado disponibles en el pasado. El libro es fácil de escuchar. Very Useful Book.

As a physician, I see patients every day struggling with sleep. Eric gives excellent, actionable instruction on how to make sleep your friend. Far better than any prescription "sleep aid" (they all lead to their own issues, when they work). Even the folks who complain of other issues, such as weight gain, mood disorder, often actually have a masked sleep quality issue, and won't be able to improve until that is addressed.

I have studied Spanish for several years but I have never been able to speak it well, especially when I try to use anything except the present tense. And, forget about trying to use pronouns. This memorization technique really helps you take in the Spanish language, as you would a good story. This audiobook works for me!

I refused to be that person a few months ago and shortly after stumbled across Pearce's podcast. Brilliant. Love it so much. From there the book was only the obvious next step and I can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. I now sleep smarter than ever before and lately I have been waking up early just before my alarm clock goes off. I feel amazing, healthier and ready to take on the day. I would recommend this book to anyone I come in contact with.
