This book is pretty good - it has helped me quite a bit in dealing with gut issues I have had for a long time. The material is fairly well organized and complete but several of the links don't work! I would stress adding one supplement at a time because many people with gut issues develop allergies - or allergies are the cause of their gut issues.... if you add one at a time you will recognize allergic symptoms and eliminate that supplement.
