Historia
Milton Friedman and his wife, Rose, teamed up to write this most convincing and readable guide, which illustrates the crucial link between Adam Smith's capitalism and the free society. They show how freedom has been eroded and prosperity undermined through the rapid growth of governmental agencies, laws, and regulations.

Be aware: Reader is British
Revisado: 05-22-14
What made the experience of listening to Free to Choose the most enjoyable?
Milton Friedman is the daddy when it comes to explaining why a free market is far superior than any other system ever tried. The book is fabulous and a must listen.
What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?
Friedman basically destroys socialism and all its derivatives with data, examples, and objective evidence.
What didn’t you like about James Adams’s performance?
However, I was very surprised that the narrator is British and has a fairly distracting, "posh" accent. I know, I should have done a little research
What’s the most interesting tidbit you’ve picked up from this book?
"The Invisible Hand." I know, it's not Friedman's invention, but very compelling.
Any additional comments?
I should have listened to the sample (but I would have bought it any way).

Historia
You have NEVER seen Ann Coulter like this before! Coulter is uncensored, unapologetic, and unflinching in her ruthless mockery of liberals, sissies, morons, hypocrites, and all other species of politician.Coulter doesn't stop at the politicians, though. Hear her skewer pundits, salesmen, celebrities, and bureaucrats with ruthlessness and hilarity. No topic is safe! This is Coulter at her most incisive, funny, and brilliant, featuring irreverent and hilarious material her syndicators were too afraid to print!

Disappointed at Non-Author Narrator
Revisado: 10-16-13
If you could sum up Never Trust a Liberal Over Three - Especially a Republican in three words, what would they be?
Spunky, enlightening, and entertaining.
What did you like best about this story?
Coulter is unafraid to tell it like it is and is not concerned with being "politically correct." Many new facts about liberals are revealed here. The main-stream media won't tell you this stuff, Ann will.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Marguerite Gavin?
Ann Coulter. It's unclear to me if the narrator even believes what she is saying.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, it's too generously contented. That would be a long session.
Any additional comments?
I really hope the publisher or author, or whoever made the decision that Coulter not narrate see the error of their ways. Bring back Ann!
