Quite monotonic tone of the speaker but important to know for health. I recommend to anyone specifically in treatments outside pills, painkilller medicine tablets and covering of symptoms instead of looking at root causes.

relationship with yourself, other people around you, your personal goals, understanding others..sports teaching coaching..that is my new career btw nowadays after 2 decades of hitting head in the wall and being everywhere and head focused never..now always focused and know what I want. studying what I want and new life every second is a chance. ..what can I say..I use this every day. sorry Mel for not writing a personal letter still but I will. this book has reflection of the amount of power and even methods to some other real life influensing books like david goggingses , Jordan Petersons one book..just saying that the powerlevel is up there with 5second (or less seconds) rule. it is here now ALL THE TIME!

Surprising how easy it was to listen. The assumption was it would get boring at some point since the subject is so familiar. Good book for anyone with experiences of anxiety or deals with them regularly. Well now, I guess the storyteller and the stories themselves were very good quality. Otherwise I would have closed the book! :)

Facts covered in humor..nice. good. This was listened by a junior sports team coach. The book sports/examples were often about the same sports as my personal sports: swimming, running and cycling (triathletes) so it was easy to listen. However the facts and storytelling are so universal knowledge based that anyone even non-athlete will listen this easily if the occasional humor is ok inside the factual main talk.

I listened this as a coach in junior swimming team

very enjoyable. positively written, spoken, useful to listen. its not very detailed in some sport but all in all nice to listen. the best parts were examples of athletes lives and quotes. The story telling was based on real life stuff and it made the story believeable.
