Laura Lynn radiates positive light in her performance as well as in her words. I really appreciated this audiobook. Just as good as Signs by the same author. Definitely worth the time, had me in tears several times and helped me to process grief and feelings of inadequacy.

Nothing wrong with the performance

The performance was fine, but the book itself isn't as kid-friendly or family-friendly as I had hoped. The main character had a really bad attitude to start out and was judging all the other characters on appearance. We overlooked this for a while, hoping it was part of her story arc, but then she took the Lord's name in vain and my kids all asked me to stop playing it. I know the author is talented from other books, but this one just didn't resonate with my family. I probably enjoy his books better as an adult reading alone.

The stories Laura tells, both her own and those others have shared with her, of signs from the other side are a collection of beauty. This book is beautiful. I'm grateful it came into my life when it did as I mourn the loss of my beloved daughter. I had seen signs before but been afraid to embrace them and felt foolish for wanting to. This book helped me break down my barriers to the joy that comes through accepting tokens of love from my daughter, in whatever form they come, silly or not.

It's profound and helpful for those seeking to understand more about the power of positive thinking or the law of attraction. At times the appropriation of Christian scripture to different meanings was distracting because of how far from the original context it wandered.
