Too short. Wish there was way more!

Loved the history as much as the music. Only complaint is that it was so short. I would have liked at least another hour and 3 or 4 more songs.

Generally loved the book. Dialogue was meh, and it definitely was a reasonable attempt to hit all the basic problems associated with the topic. Well worth the read.

So long, but one of my all time favorites

Over 33 total hours, but just about every minute of it was fascinating. I learned so much history along with practical tips on how to approach battle in my daily life. Narration was superb. Zero complaints and would recommend to everybody.

Worst self help book EVER

First off...Take a look at all the 5 start reviews. All were entered in the same day, have nonsensical statements and are clearly fake reviews.

The writing feels like an eighth grader that found out what a thesaurus is yesterday. She uses grammatically inappropriate structure and descriptive words that do not fit in the context of the material. Her arguments are rambling and unclear with zero substantive support for the arguments. She states things like, "... Freud proved there are two types of jealousy..." Theorized? Suggested? Contemplated?
I do not believe he "proved" anything. Terrible writing that would be lucky to get a D grade in her eighth grade composition class.

Adding insult to injury, the narrator was atrocious. Breanna "no last name" has a significant Jersey accent which is grating and obnoxious. I can hear her turning pages which is distracting. She uses awkward pauses while narrating which feels like a car missing a cylinder... super choppy. Her inflections seem like she's reading the material for the first time while recording. Worst though is her mispronunciation of words... "Underlining," instead of underlying, and, "prompensity" instead of propensity. That's only two examples of dozens of mispronounced words.

Shame on the publishing house. Audible needs to look into the fake reviews.

With the exception of the last chapter, which was a bit nee-agey for my tastes, I learned more from this book than the last three on the same topic. The narrator was excellent too.

Not what I expected, but really good

The only negative is that it was way too long. This is more of a self-help book than a comedy book. Kevin Hart is a fantastic orator and his performance was great. I really loved learning his life lessons.

Better than some, worse than others

Decent introductory book. Nothing special though. We hear about the same uses for sex toys about 100 times. Also there is an inexplicable chapter for how virgin makes can prep for their first time. Not sure a virgin is picking up a BDSM book for advice. Otherwise, it's short enough to be worth the read.

1st book on this topic. High hopes/disappointed

First off, the narration was atrocious. The narrator placed improper inflection in every sentance. Her voice was annoying and sounded fake when trying to sound sexy.

There was some useful info for a rookie in this field, but little that was truly insightful. Much of the topics were repetitively repetitive. It could have been written with half as much effort, and just as much content. This is not a "how to" guide, but does a fine job with basic definitions and concepts.

My favorite part was the discussion regarding various religions' takes on the subject. That part was fascinating.

I haven't read any others yet, but I doubt this is the best.

Obnoxious author with some good advice.

The author/narrator uses too many "bros" and "aa-ight"s by makes his style barely palatable to listen to. If you can get through his frat bro affect, his advice is quite good. I've listened twice now. The first when I started my journey and the second about 2 years later. I can definitely see that many of his techniques are quite applicable and helpful.
