A Narc’s Tale is a four-book series that is a first-hand account of stories, written like a memoir or personal diary, which gives you an inside glimpse of what it is like working six years deep undercover in the dangerous drug world as a city cop (Vol. 1), county vice and narcotics investigator (Vol. 2 and 3), and special agent with the US Drug Enforcement Administration (Vol. 4). Most undercover books only show this from one perspective, but you will get three here - city, county and federal - and realize the differences among them.

Volume 3 jumps right into the action with a murder-for-hire and a multi-kilo cocaine deal, which stems from the largest undercover operation in my county’s history. Working with informants continues as tricks of the trade, props, shooting techniques, and the mental effects of working undercover are shared in great detail. Harassment, threats, and hits on my life further depict the dangerous work of an undercover narc. One creative undercover tactic literally goes up in smoke. Working with female undercovers and remaining physically fit is shown to be crucial to my success.
