There was no plot twist at all or excitement, but the message was powerful! Truly opened my eyes to the cushy life I have compared to those who are less fortunate.

Terrible NARRATION

The voices should have been separated from male to female not a voice per character. The father voice was annoying. Desiree voice was unbearable.

It appears that some loose ends need to be complete. The sequel is not tying up any loose ends.

The Illuminati

I thought the flashback stories from a different point of view was a waste of time.

The Illuminati at the end what a horrible way to end the book.

So predictable when Dahlia declined the offer she would be murdered.

Liberty was just Hillary Banks(fresh prince of bel-air)dumb.

Her and Rocko was so unrealistic.

Book 1 was my favorite and engaged me. Book 2 was ok, but the book could have ended with an extra two chapters in Book 2.

Overall, I enjoyed it.

I read the entire series this one was my least favorite Kesia voice was impossible to listen to they made her sound like a 1800s runaway slave I didn’t like it. Javier voice was just an insult to the Hispanic accent. I had to skip a lot through this book it was unbearable. I am glad this is the last one because this one was a stretch. What the author should have done is make the first book about Melvin. Should have just ended at 3.

Lost for words this book is hard to RATE 🤦🏽‍♀️

I did not like the constant back in forth I felt like a time traveler. The book should have just been told beginning to end did not like them telling each other their stories. Life is not always easy and this book is sad and depressing heck I enjoyed Good Samaritan better than this one and Laura was nuts. Simon was a pure coward regardless of his childhood his character and actions were his to own. Conversation rules the nation. You know the saying about assumptions. Read if your a fan of the author; I am a fan, but I should have left this book alone. It was boring and sad. Good Luck if you buy it be prepared for a long boat ride around the world. It’s easier to take a plane. This book was longer than it needed to be you read a whole lot just to get to the last 5 minutes of the reason he left. You can truly just listen to the prologue, last chapter, and epilogue and save yourself the time.

I enjoyed the book! The mental health in Laura is real. The delusions. The author really did his homework on mental health. Laura should not be working on a suicide helpline. Laura requires extensive psychotherapy. I like how the author touched on suicide and mental health. The situation is real, glad he was Bold enough to write about such a heavy topic. Bravo!!
