Two of my coworkers swear by this audio for every time they fall off the wagon. It's not 100% guaranteed and it's probably best to repeat it when you feel yourself slipping, but it's better than picking up the habit and never quitting again. Great aid that seems to be helpful.

I like how useful this audiobook is. No matter who you are, the past has a way of coming back into your present in some form. Sometimes that's a great thing, and other times, it's better to let go. It's a nice technique that incorporates repetition of the same hypnosis so you can just let go when you're ready.
