Loved all of the book in its entirety… instruction, anecdotes, all. I did find that it was necessary to listen again when not driving to write down concepts and clarify procedure. There is a great deal of information to take note of. I also listened to the book and certain parts several times. Highly recommend this book for all practicing healers/healthcare workers and really anyone wanting to improve communication or life on this planet.
