Historia
In The Heartbeat of Trees, renowned forester Peter Wohlleben draws on new scientific discoveries to show how humans are deeply connected to the natural world. In an era of climate change, many of us fear we’ve lost our connection to nature - but Peter Wohlleben is convinced that age-old ties linking humans to the forest remain alive and intact. We just have to know where to look.

Trees - there is a wondrous journey to take
Revisado: 03-12-23
Thoughtfully written. The narrator fits perfectly. The journey and learning that comes with it are priceless. Highly recommend to adults, teens and children. The generations to come might do better than the currents one.

Restorative
Revisado: 09-25-22
I enjoyed this book because it gives me options where I have been told there are none by beyond the mundane commercial industrial complexes limited and addictive habitual suggestions. Or lack of any support or solutions.
I became very familiar with Dr Joe's work before Super Natural was printed. It has deepened my understanding.
I see this material as a road map that simply offers me a choice, on my own terms to seek personal restorative care. Unconventional to some, a basic centuries old healing model to others. The information offers a option, a possible solution to what ails me and Id venture to say also to anyone else. With little to loose and unmeasurable unknown benefits to gain,
I've been doing the work for almost a year now. I find it is worth my time for too many reasons to bother listing. Ill say simply each day I do the work, I feel better that the days or weeks prior and lifes stresseds feel less impactful. That is gold! to me.
