Historia
When Andy Ngo was attacked in the streets by antifa in the summer of 2019, most people assumed it was an isolated incident. But those who'd been following Ngo's reporting in outlets like the New York Post and Quillette knew that the attack was only the latest in a long line of crimes perpetrated by antifa.

Outstanding Book
Revisado: 07-16-23
Andy does a great job at exposing that ANTIFA is actually just a racist organization that uses fascism and violence to push a political agenda and then they do so under a false guise of protecting minorities. They are a modern day KKK that seems to be fighting anything not aligning with their views but ultimately causing chaos and destruction where minorities suffer the must devastation from their tactics and oppression.

Excellent Story and Narration
Revisado: 12-07-21
Overall story was pretty good but most impressive was the narration by Simon Vance. The last book was narrated by some lady that just didn’t cut it to keep my interest but Simon absolutely does a wonderful job.

Historia
In 2012, on his third tour of duty in Afghanistan, an improvised explosive device left Dan Crenshaw's right eye destroyed and his left blinded. Only through the careful hand of his surgeons, and what doctors called a miracle, did Crenshaw's left eye recover partial vision. And yet, he persevered, completing two more deployments. Why? There are certain stories we tell ourselves about the hardships we face—we can become paralyzed by adversity or we can adapt and overcome. We can be fragile or we can find our fortitude. Crenshaw delivers a set of lessons to help you do just that.

Historia
This candid and darkly witty memoir recounts an exhilarating life - and a few close brushes with death. With remarkable sangfroid and a humorist's eye for absurdity, H. K. Roy describes his many strange and risky exploits in his long career with the CIA. Whether he was pursuing Soviet and Cuban spies, running "denied area" operations in Eastern Europe, hunting Bosnian War criminals, or providing actionable intelligence to US government and coalition forces in Iraq, Roy usually found himself at the right place at the right time.

great cia memoir but politics
Revisado: 09-18-19
I listen or read every cia memoir I can get my hands on and this book is definitely one of the better ones. however, like many past employees of the Government that write books, the author decided to inject some political bashing right on the middle of the story line where it didn't fit. I enjoyed every aspect of the authors story and perhaps his political opinion is correct but no one wants to hear or read it on the middle of a book. other than that, I highly recommend.

Historia
On August 8, 1993, a single bullet to the head killed Freddie Woodruff, the Central Intelligence Agency’s station chief in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia. Within hours, police had a suspect - a vodka-soaked village bumpkin named Anzor Sharmaidze. A tidy explanation quickly followed: It was a tragic accident. US diplomats hailed Georgia’s swift work. Yet the bullet that killed Woodruff was never found, and key witnesses have since retracted their testimony, saying they were beaten and forced to identify Sharmaidze. But if he didn’t do it, who did?

fantastic book which reveals the truth of government coverups in the assassination of intelligence officers.i loved the story but the narrator spoke slowly and the volume of the recording was LOW, so it made listening sometimes difficult to hear. glad to see a fellow attorney going international to get justice

I listen to roughly 30+ or more audio books a year and this is the first book in a long time that had me on the edge of my seat, I didn't want to stop listening to the book. it honestly reads like a political thriller but because it's Russia, you know it's true. thank you to Bill Browser for sharing his story with the world and using Adam Grupper as the narrator.

This is the Holy Book on Russian Disinformation
Revisado: 01-26-18
Easily one of the best books I've experienced in the last 5 years. being able to read this book after the the 2016 election and in light of the almost esoteric one sided stranglehold on US mainstream media is enlightening. I felt strangely dirty after reading the book, knowing that my own sense of knowledge about my own country and world events has been unduly and falsely influenced by the Russian Disinformation machine. I am shocked that more people aren't up in arms with anger toward Russia. after reading the book I felt as if I had awakened to the truth as did the main character from the movie "The Matrix". what's even more disturbing is knowing that Facebook and Twitter may be actually conspirators to the Russian Disinformation machine. I hope the author produces another book on the topic.
