Wonderful insight into the greatest book

Brother Ridges is a true scholar and is clearly very passionate about the knowledge of all the scriptures and enjoys sharing it with us. This has changed the way I read the scriptures. Occasionally he shares great stories of being a Church leader (Stake President among others). Thank you for the added and much needed insight!

By the time I finished this part of the Book of Mormon with David Ridges, I had developed great respect and appreciation for the much needed insight into what I was reading. Brother Ridges clearly has a lot of knowledge of the scriptures and seamlessly referenced other scriptures and publications always being very specific on each down to the page number. This has lead me to add to my library. My wife has also enjoyed reading the scriptures with this narrator as a companion as well as the addition to our library. Especially at the time in our early conversion to the Church. We understand more to teach our children. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙂.

I'm not going to try and reinvent the wheel with my review but rather confirm all the positive messages and reviews. Powerful, thorough, and uplifting story to truly make you realize you're capable of so much more than you could have imagined. Love the challenges at the end of each chapter. Love the deep and well articulated thoughts and explanations. Truly spoken from the heart. No fluff. This isn't just an ordinary audio book as it has Goggins himself and the reader occasionally stopping to go more in depth and engage in conversation but definitely not to the point of ever being intrusive or annoying. It was always appreciated. This is one book where you actually miss out quite a bit just reading the physical book. My friend who's read it is now talked into getting the audiobook. Now let's see what more I can do with my already great life.
