Mixed message and mixed feelings

The first half of the book is good and helpful. It’s about what you should eat and how it will help you. The second half is all about why you and the world are terrible for eating meat. I don’t need an ethics or morality book. Or maybe I do… but that’s not why I bought this.

Great book and stories! My daughter is only 16 months old so I hope this book continues to change with the times... at least until she’s out of college.
