Worst book of the series don’t waste your time with it.

I enjoyed every inspector Montalbano book up until this one. As the author knew this would be the last Montalbano book to be published posthumously, I wish he would’ve made it pretty much any way other than what he did. There is so much missing from this book as far as loose ends, that should be closed for the series. I really feel he owed it to his readers to tie up these loose ends, the biggest being Montalbano and Livea.
I found the breaking of the fourth wall, and the overall writing of the book to be childish and pedantic. I almost wish I hadn’t even bought the book.

My Grandpa always talked to me about this book. He gave me his. I kept as one of my prized books. It changed my life for the best and helped me with God’s power to let all my dreams come true. Norman’s other book about imagining and is also the best. Audible makes it even better.

Excellent the best Sherlock reading!

Benedict was the best reader by far. He is unbelievably talented. Truly hope he keeps reading more Sherlock, would love to hear more. He makes the stories more fun to listen to and did an amazing job on all the different characters. I bought this as soon as I saw it and shared it all over social media. Keep those books coming!!

Love this reading

Jim Caviezel was at a church talking about this reading and what he went through making The Passion of Christ. This book we love the acting is phenomenal. Jim faith, love for God was so true and honest . My heart broke for what He went through but most of all was pulled closer to God. He is very authentic.
Keep up the great actors, may God bless you all for this.

The acting is superb they are all talented. I wish more Audible books were multiple actors. Keep them coming!! It felt like we were listening to a movie. Well done.

Very slow and boring.

The narrator will put you to sleep. This is on of my favorite stories. I wish I would have shopped around for a better narration.

We listened to this every single night till it was over. We were beyond impressed with Anne’s reading, voices and acting. We wished she had read more books. What an amazing job. All the characters has drastically different voices. It is going to be hard to find another book this good. Most kids books are fast and not longer in length as The Wizard is Oz. There was adventure, humor and fun.

Draw close to God

I wanted my spirit to be closer to The Holy Spirit. The night I read this I couldn’t stop it was so beautiful. The next day these older ladies asked me for directions which I didn’t know were this doctors office was. So after they drove off I drove looking for that suite. I found it and lucky they were going super slow so I followed them out of the parking lot. Thank God because right in front of them an older gentleman maybe 75 fell off the curb and got hurt. His wife was walking ahead of him and didn’t know. Not one person stopped but me at a very busy shopping center. I ran out of my car to help him get himself off the ground. My heart broke for him thinking how fast life can be and one day In say 30 years. I was so thankful I was able to be there to help him walk to his truck. His wife was too thin and older she would have had a hard time by herself to get him up. It hit me when I left it was The Holy Spirit that lead me there at just the exact right time to help him. Tears came out with joy that God loves us all and how He uses us to help each other. Buy this book and see how God uses you and changes your heart. Thankful I found this book.
