It stayed constant, vivid, brilliant from the first book to the last, I don’t know many more books that have such a good ending and not have a need to continue or be drawn out

My new favorite

This is turning out to be an absolutely amazing story, Sam and jack now have a masterful set up to become absolute monsters. Sam because he has guilt and accountability to not be a naive kid and jack has a goal with nothing holding him back.
The first book and half of this book I only thought this was a fun new take on a tower series, now I’m emotionally invested and feel like the end of this book was the real start.

What’s lady may by Tyler Childers doing in this ,threw me off. Great start love the concept of what happens after someone made a name for themselves.

Great story so far

Feels like filler, nothings changed from the first book didnt learn anything about the characters they have done some great stuff but it all seems like side quests. Who’s the main character, how can he beat a deadly creature to death with his bare hands and be so magically gifted, why a rabbit, what is the greater world like, and what is up with the powers at odds with him.
At the end of this book I am excited for the next and with that hoping my questions will be answered which seems like the only logical move because of the first time the main character has shown real ambition and goals.

If you know the lore the Norse mythology moves in cycles and restarts everyone knows the end with it being the beginning I’m excited to see what happens

Iv read a lot of contradictory reviews for this story saying that the main character ruins it, however this type of story is usually only popular to a small group of people biased towards abrasive people so make your own opinion I say.
This books main character reminds me of primal hunters, in the way that they’re not your typical main character for fantasy genre with traits and quirks, of people who would actually survive in “hell difficulty,” situations. The character traits in this story are a breath of fresh air blending realistic people in fantasy situations, that aren’t wimps that win off the power of love and friendship like a care bare.
Spectacular foundation for flow, character, world and concept building can’t wait for the next book.

Story’s too focused on the wrong thing

Absolutely sucks, but the concept is just interesting enough where I can’t put the story down. The book seems to be targeted for a specific group of people who aren’t in the spotlight anymore and the agenda is being pushed so hard in this book I literally skip through to find out the interesting things rather than care about someone’s sexuality.
