different narrators, I really didn't like the female narrator. the voices got on my nerves. I stopped the book after chapter five. the first book was way better.

its an acquired taste

took me like three chapters to get into it. With all the jumping between Koga and Kai it was a tad bit hard to follow. the fighting and ninja arts reminded me of Naruto (in which I love). Nice character development tho. overall it was a good story.

oh Wulgar.......

straight to the point. at the start of the story I felt sorry for Wulfgar with all the torture he went through in the underworld. Midway through the book I low-key hated him and wanted him to die post haste, but by the end of the book I was thumping my chest in respect for him because he became the Wulfgar I loved to read about.

The narrator was not good at all. She was mono-toned. She didn't even try to change her voice to set the characters apart. The overall writing was that of a middle schooler with words like boobies and meanie smh. The story was hard to follow. My worst book on here yet.
