Historia
The elves come for two things: war and wives. In both cases, they come for death. Three-thousand years ago, humans were hunted by powerful races with wild magic until the treaty was formed. Now, for centuries, the elves have taken a young woman from Luella's village to be their Human Queen. To be chosen is seen as a mark of death by the townsfolk. A mark nineteen-year-old Luella is grateful to have escaped as a girl. Instead, she's dedicated her life to studying herbology and becoming the town's only healer. That is, until the Elf King unexpectedly arrives... for her.

We Need More Dramatization!!!
Revisado: 10-24-24
I love this book, the story & characters were very fun to be with I loved their banter but ngl during the 3rd act our FL was highkey being a dumb witch but aside from those moments I love it. The graphic audio was infinity /10 all audio books needs to be made like this from now on I don’t think I can listen to another book without the graphic audio.

Historia
When Finlay Ashowan joins the staff of the King and Queen of Daxaria, he’s an enigma. No one knows where he comes from or how he came to be where he is, which suits Fin just fine. He’s satisfied simply serving as the royal cook, keeping nosy passersby out of his kitchen, and concocting some truly uncanny meals. But Fin’s secret identity doesn’t stay hidden for long. After all, it’s not every day a house witch and his kitten familiar, Kraken, take to meddling in imperial affairs.

I love everything about this book. It’s the kind of love where I didn’t even listen to it on speed 2x it was normal speed from start to finish and it’s rare that I find a book that’s so freaking funny, I felt like I was laughing at something every chapter it was amazing and since I accidentally already listened to the burning witch book 1 before this book I almost feel like a nostalgic feeling because seeing how different the characters are in the past and the future them 😆 all in all I love it will all my being.

Historia
Katarina Ashowan was not made for courtly life. Sure, her father is the famous house witch of Daxaria so she was raised among majestic castles, proper manners, and royal expectations. But Kat is also a mutated witch whose power aligns predominantly with fire. She’s more comfortable riding horses or learning to fight than she is making polite conversation and wearing fancy dresses. Which is why her upcoming assignment—serving her best friend, Alina, the soon-to-be crowned Troivackian queen—is anything but ideal.

I really like this book. Kat n Eric is such a good enemies to lovers. The banter between them was perfect. I loved every time they’re in a scene together. This book was also very funny in general like there’s always something making me laugh so it’s been a very fun time listening to this book. 🤣 I do need to say I didn’t realize this was a sequel in a way so now I will go back and listen to the House witch first then listen to book 2 & 3 of the burning witch just so I can get more context because I feel like I missed a lot of eater eggs since I didn’t read the first book of this world.

The 11th installment in the New York Times best-selling A Twisted Tale series asks: What if Meg had to become a Greek god? After Hercules proves he's a true hero and regains his godship, all seems right in the world. That is, until Zeus tells Meg that she can't be with Hercules because she's, well, mortal. Luckily, Hera has a solution, offering Meg a chance to prove herself worthy of a spot on Mt. Olympus - as a god. All Meg has to do is complete a mysterious quest.

Worth it
Revisado: 01-11-24
At the start of the book it was a lil annoying cuz Meg kept on repeating the same thing over and over again I was ready to drop the book but once she was given the quest that’s where everything started to get interesting so over all the story was pretty good, I like the ending and the performance of the narrator was great 😊

Everybody became gay out of nowhere
Revisado: 06-30-23
Firstly I’d like to talk about the audiobook narrator for the first 10 chapters. I think she needed to edit the audio better, because I can hear her breathe with every single word she spoke that it distracted me from paying attention to the story.
Now about the story
For levi we know he is bi i’m surprise that when they were about to have their sexing scene he said that he’s never been with a girl but when we met Levi in the first book, he had like a bunch of girls clothing inside his closet that implies he had women that slept with him before, so this is not consistent.
The the 2nd book it was implied near the end that Lola has a thing for Tok which just came out of nowhere, we never saw any character development between them for their relationship to be a thing, and now in the third book, they’re so madly in love with each other that Tok is now in a depressive state. Nothing happened between them enough for me to feel this connection It was not enough we needed more.
Harvey and Bryce
Did I miss something in the last two books cause why is Harvey all of a sudden in love with Bryce I feel like as if I didn’t even read the book I didn’t see that coming at all.
Grace and Roy
Their love story was really cute, especially with the whole gangster X policeman thing. It was truly opposites attract, but at the same time. Where was the development? Because honey I didn’t see it.

Man where do I even start cuz idk how to write this without spoiling everything but I’ve gotta say I love this book and the whole series with all my heart this is the only series I’ve ever spent money and time on. To get the book the 2nd it’s available in my local bookstore and to jump up in happiness in an instant when I got got the book in my hands and screaming THANK YOU to the staff for finding it for me, I just have to say whoever wants to get into a good series with great action scenes, romance, plot, characters and so much more then I HIGHLY recommend you pick up the 1st book and dive right in. And just an FYI anyone who reads this series from now is so lucky cuz the series is finished so you don’t have to wait for what feels like a million years for the next book to come out and so on so forth Soman I love your books so much and your writing is absolutely phenomenal it’s always kept me at the edge of my seat, laughing, crying and screaming at the book when my emotions were just too strong during a scene, I just love this series SO MUCH thank you! thank you! thank you! for writing this 😆❤️😆❤️😆❤️😆❤️
