Couldn't get passed the 2nd chapter

It was surprising in a self-help book about changing your life that the author used so many swear words it made the information seem unprofessional. It's hard to believe what the author has to offer when she discredits her intelligence by using so much profanity. I couldn't make it passed the second chapter.
