Historia
Do you know that you can program your brain and mind for greater success? The answer is alpha brainwave level. Telepathic powers exist in all of us, they are part of the natural way we communicate with each other. Our brain beats at 14 cycles per second; the beta frequency. Very occasionally it beats between 7 and 14 cycles per second. This frequency is known as alpha frequency. Alpha is the key to becoming telepathic.

Incredible concept.
Revisado: 09-11-23
Although the book is a bit dry, the concepts are fascinating and useful. This is the second book I've listened to by Jose Silva and intend to take the course to go deeper. The books introduce the ideas, but practice is needed.

Historia
In a time when our political and cultural views feel more polarized than ever, Tyson provides a much-needed antidote to so much of what divides us, while making a passionate case for the twin chariots of enlightenment—a cosmic perspective and the rationality of science. After thinking deeply about how science sees the world and about Earth as a planet, the human brain has the capacity to reset and recalibrates life’s priorities, shaping the actions we might take in response. No outlook on culture, society, or civilization remains untouched.
