Historia
After the passage of two decades, the Omnians discovered a second, critical clue about the Nua'll, humankind's enemy, while investigating Celus-4, the home world of the intelligent, canine-like aliens, the Dischnya. This striking discovery, combined with the final broadcast of the Nua'll sphere at Libre, prior to its detonation, gave Alex Racine and company the means to narrow the search for the Nua'll home world. Alex has a consuming desire to locate the point of origin of the Nua'll before another gigantic sphere arrives to destroy more human colonies.

Historia
Alex Racine, who led an elite group of humans and SADEs (self-ware digital entities), left the newly discovered planet of Celus-5 under difficult circumstances. Few of the Harakens with Alex thought there was little he could do to bring peace to the embroiled planet. From their viewpoint, the demands of the Celus-5 Swei Swee, the six-legged aliens of the ocean, and the Dischnya, the warring, doglike, intelligent creatures who inhabited the dry plains, were too convoluted to solve.

Historia
Our universe is ruled by physics, and faster-than-light travel is not possible - until the discovery of The Flow, an extradimensional field we can access at certain points in space-time that transports us to other worlds, around other stars. Humanity flows away from Earth, into space, and in time forgets our home world and creates a new empire, the Interdependency, whose ethos requires that no one human outpost can survive without the others. It's a hedge against interstellar war - and a system of control for the rulers of the empire.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Anyone who likes politics or Royalty might, although probably not, like this.

I'm only through 7 of the 21 chapters and finding it nothing but politics and royalty; both of which completely bore me. Trying to make it through??
What about Wil Wheaton’s performance did you like?
He does fine as usual.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
ABSOLUTELY Nothing.
Any additional comments?
Scalzi normally is a fantastic author and I have really loved his work, this one so far is a total BOMB.

Extremely Booring - BABBLE - End of a series
Revisado: 01-28-17
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
No ONE! It's probably the most boring book I have ever listened to. The Absolute Worst!! This book convinces me to end this series and probably not listen to Cooper's books any more!
Has Incursion turned you off from other books in this genre?
Genre No, Cooper Yes. It may be possible that Cooper didn't even write this book. The previous books were good, this one absolutely, consistently, and completely sucks!! Just Babble!!
Have you listened to any of Mikael Naramore’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Naramore, as usual, does an excellent job. He's good enough that I could force myself to continue after the second chapter. What a waste of time!
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!! The book was crap - Skip this book and if this in an indication of what's to come from Cooper; then take him off your list!
Any additional comments?
Do NOT Buy this piece of babble, you'll regret it completely.

Revisado: 01-13-17
What disappointed you about Retreat Hell?
The story could be made in three paragraphs. Nutall's worst book. Extremely Boring lots of politics and little action.
What could Christopher G. Nuttall have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Maybe include it in Book 9, alone it is worthless.
Have you listened to any of Jeffrey Kafer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Kafer does a good job, this time he just had a very poor story!
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Historia
We were fighting on the wrong side of a war we couldn't win. And that was the good news. The Ruhar hit us on Columbus Day. There we were, innocently drifting along the cosmos on our little blue marble, like the native Americans in 1492. Over the horizon come ships of a technologically advanced, aggressive culture, and BAM! There go the good old days, when humans only got killed by each other. So, Columbus Day. It fits. When the morning sky twinkled again, this time with Kristang starships jumping in to hammer the Ruhar, we thought we were saved.

SiFi the way it should be!
Revisado: 12-29-16
What did you love best about Columbus Day?
This book is clean. No overt sex, or excessive vulgar language. I fantastic store.Of the over 100 books I have listened to in the past year, I think I rate this one as one of the best, if not the best. Action, humor, sorrow, it's all here.
Who was your favorite character and why?
The Col. and skippie. Two separate stories meld together to make a great read.
Which character – as performed by R.C. Bray – was your favorite?
Bray is absolutely fantastic. It took a while then I realized that Bray was doing a fantastic job of adding accents to all the poeple, and excellent accents. No one could have done a better job. I am thankful for being able to listen to such an excellent reading.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
No Film could do this book's author and the narritor justice.
Any additional comments?
The first thirty minutes I was thinking oh - no a hick sifi. Then I realized how fantastic it was. I loved the length and everything assiciated with this book. If I could give it 10 Stars I would.Thank you Craig Alanson and especially R.C. Bray for a absolutely enjoyable 19 hours !!!!!!!

Historia
They hunt us. They bomb our worlds for target practice. A star cluster in the constellation of Orion rotates once every 1,000 years. Those who rule there have an ancient tradition: When each cycle ends, they train their fleets by spilling the blood of lesser beings. The enemy fleets are coming again. In response, the Rebel Worlds gather their starships to face the terrifying threat, and this time humanity is asked to stand with them. The last time they considered Earth, Vikings in longboats were raiding English coastlines. Today, we're less primitive. Today, we're a target.

Good But a little silly
Revisado: 12-21-16
Would you try another book from B. V. Larson and/or Mark Boyett?
Yes. Boyett was good but not his best. Larson's story was weak minimal sex (a good thing) and no vulgar language.
What was most disappointing about B. V. Larson’s story?
The story was weak, a little savage, almost too much.
Which scene was your favorite?
The ending.
Was Rebel Fleet worth the listening time?
Just barely.
Any additional comments?
A good listen. Can easily be put down for later.

Historia
A revolution brewing for generations has begun in fire. It will end in blood. The Free Navy - a violent group of Belters in black-market military ships - has crippled the Earth and begun a campaign of piracy and violence among the outer planets. The colony ships heading for the thousand new worlds on the far side of the alien ring gates are easy prey, and no single navy remains strong enough to protect them. James Holden and his crew know the strengths and weaknesses of this new force better than anyone.

Worst book of the series.
Revisado: 12-17-16
What would have made Babylon's Ashes better?
Excessive vulgar language could be cut out of the story. By the writings it is evident that the authors tend to write for the gay community. The constant references to gay sexual preferences and acts has no place in science fiction.
Has Babylon's Ashes turned you off from other books in this genre?
From the genre, no - from the authors - absolutely yes. This book also has excedingly long boring sections that almost put you to sleep. There use of a martian language is tedious and rediculous.
Did Jefferson Mays do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
He did very well considering the tripe he had to read.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Anger and disguest for buying such a poor book and waisting over 19 hours.
Any additional comments?
I will never buy another James S. A. Corey book.
