I've engaged in many books/ resources about eds and this one has been the most informative and helpful as well as left me feeling the most hopeful. It's actually honest and real. So many present us as beautiful young girls whom, after going through their book, are going to relish in a superlife with eds. Then you have the letdown and are in worse shape than ever.
