Great addition to the series!

This is a continuous from Peace Talks so you must read that first. The battles are wonderfully described. The story gives some foreshadowing but was not obvious. Mab in this story explains a lot to the audience. It gives a different view on the queen of air and darkness. The ending has a couple of threads that the next book can take. These are divergent as can be. At the end is a short story that builds on the humor but if you don't have kids the jokes may not be as funny.

Another funny episode of Magic 2.0

This one adds a little more dynamic twist because it isn't all about Martin and Gwen. Their children share some of their traits but can go in a distinct different direction other than how Martin, Gwen, and Philip would lead. Still over the top. Not a lot of Gary and Tyler interplay but still very good.

Entertaining

The characters that are important are well defined and given definition. The fate of the antagonist is cliché but still does not disappoint. It keeps you listening.

What I didn't like after the climax of the story it races to close the storyline. I would have liked a little more but it was still good.
Tao is a little weak getting the stuffing kicked out of him a lot.

Otherwise well developed and I liked the pace. Narrator did an excellent job as well.

Was a very good story

It was not as good as the first book. It had its differences. Viper was supposed to be an assassin silent and hidden. His brother Vox is the one who does the great big blow up in your face attacks. Viper is setup as stealthy and invisible. Viper draws too much attention many times. It came together their skills in parts of the book. When she tricks him with the candy and the final battle where she keeps the villain's attention distracted. Those seem to be precise and silent moves. Not brute strength but acts of guile. I would have liked to see more of that but Viper was always honest and forward with Tina a little different temperament from a spy and assassin. I really liked the story. I will continue with the series.

Kept your attention

I still feel Lexi is way over powered as a hero. The book is very good. I am glad she dropped the love triangle angle with Gator, because I don't see it going anywhere. Lexi and Striker can fill the book with their own conflicts.

Funny and over the top

I thought it was very funny and enjoyed Riley having luck as a super power. Some parts very predictable but still enjoyable. Small sections sounded like the reader was monotone. It is like they reedited the cut and didn't check the tone for consistency. A couple of times you can hear a page turn.

A story more about forgiveness

This was a real good book. The character Dixie is coming home but was really bad to the people she grew up with. Now she has changed and wants forgiveness and tries to right her past wrongs. This is most of the story which I felt was really good. I was able to identify with the protagonist and follow a flowing story. Great work and I laugh at a lot of the jokes. Dixie and Cane are a little on the exhibitionist side. They always seem to get caught in the book.

Good action and character development

I like the story. I hated the author throwing away so many characters. It seemed like 3 maybe 4 books in one. In these other books the protagonist world changes 100%. Suddenly she has neighbors then all those characters are ripped away as the protagonist is swept to a whole new place with totally different people. The relationship dynamic even changes. It didn't feel like it flowed as well. It was obvious the love interest would require a dissolution of her other relationships. It was a gripping story. Action was good. The humor was funny. I recommend this book.

Excellent book

It was a wonderful experience listening to this book. It kept me going on through the book. I liked how this one gave multiple points of view during the same time line.

Milo is fabulously funny.

I thought his narration was funny and his comedic timing was wonderful. Also he brings good ideas. My favorite chapter was gamer gate.
