Great Story

Great storyline. Curmudgeon wakes up to the end of the world with magic powers. I bought the audiobook when Audible released it but had to wait a couple weeks but when I started listening I couldn’t stop it was so good. Andrew Pond’s voice acting was great but I could do without the power up sound. I would complain about the length being too short but I just noticed the second book dropped. I bought it🙂

Waste of time

I lasted 3 hours. The story seems to be missing the beginning . The MC is a total a**hole. I won’t waste my time trying to list all the things I dislike just read Nogurts review.That also sums up my feelings. I am purging this book.

Mind numbing

This audiobook needs to chop about 9 hours of useless disjointed and unneeded duplication of dialogue. The story idea is OKAY but I feel like three different editors wrote this story. I won’t say don’t buy but massive use of the fast forward and chapter skip will be needed if you have the patience.

Waste of time

The series until this book was hit and miss. This one is a waste of time. The first several hours was him sitting on his rear in a tunnel reading prompts. The rest got less interesting. I’m through. I suggest anyone who wants to continue with this series skip this one.

Glynn Stewart is a great storyteller

This book is the best of the three but don’t try to skip the first two books.
Henry Wong is a great character rivaling Kyle Roberts of the Castle Federation.
Oliver Wyman’s performance is perfect 👍

Painful

I tried 3 times to listen to this audiobook. The last time was to chapter 15. Read any of the 1 star reviews and I agree with them. I got annoyed earl on with the oh! I don’t have that ingredient and I ‘m looking to find someone to blame. Good idea for a story but just not there

Great story

I listened to this audiobook last month. I didn’t do a review but I started re-listening to it again. When I have a second go around I have to give a good review. It’s a great take on LitRPG. Love the swear word exchange. Keep the books coming and I will continue buying.

Very good first book of I hope many more in this series. I would have went crazy far with a dragon but I can understand you planting a base of characters. I also like that you were able to sell 15 hr. Audiobook. Most would have stopped at 8 or 9.
Sell many and make writing a full time job!

Disgusted

I loved this series and read the first 4 books several times.
6,7and 8 were so so. The last 2 were baaaaddd!
Read any of the 1,2 or 3 star reviews and that will sum up my thoughts on the final book. I would have preferred you just stopped at book 5. You and your books have been dead to me since I listened to this 10 months ago.
Thanks for ruining a great story
