I gave it is listen based on generally liking the author, and getting a promo code, I ended up loving it. it was a quickly paced book with lots or twists and turns and was really a lot of fun.

The best SCI-FI I've read all year hands down.

A near future look at the birth of a self aware AI in a alt version of earth where AI has been banned. I honestly never thought that A book could so quickly get me to care about the plight of a AI, The interaction between the AI and the MC is quite unique and provides a lot of plot twists and turns, The book allows the reader to explore the future ramifications of close interpersonal relations between humans and AI while developing the primary plot line. It's well worth a listen.

Soundbooth did an amazing job with bringing this story to life, while I'm not sure about the seemly random music clips in the background, on the whole the voice work and minor use of sound effects was spectacular ! couple that with this evolving story line that only draws you in more and more as it continues, its a fun ride, I'm looking forward to the next one!

A fun romp of a story

Grow up loving the BTTF movies ? wanted to become a stunt car driver when you grew up ? Had Fevered sexy time dreams involving transformers and/or cars ? and also like the old Death race movies ? Yes to all of that you say ? Well.. my friend this is most certainly a book tailor written for you. I happen to be one such person, so this book was a lot of fun for me.

A fun little story

Overall I enjoyed the story, the performance felt a bit rushed to me, like the narrator was speaking to quickly. slowing down the playback helped a bit, other then that, the story was a lot of fun.

I received my copy from a author giveaway, however I think its worth the asking price, and would have gladly paid for it,

The first book of a great series

This series is one of my favorites, this this is the one that got me hooked, Libby and Cupi are tons of fun as they learn of the world around them, Todd is the stoner friend that everyone had in high school and at times has had me laughing so hard I cried,
if you like this one you'll love the entire series, It's a crazy train you'll never want to get off

Keeps getting better!

The second book in the series, and it's the best of the series so far.
No complaints with this book. The MC seems to be more confident,
and making incremental improvements in his role. A enjoyable story,
and a good setup for the next book.

The narrator did a good job, just as he did with the first book. He helps
bring the story to life.
