Historia
From the site of Anakin Skywalker’s last stand—on the molten surface of the planet Mustafar, where he sought to destroy his friend and former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi—a fearsome specter in black has risen. Once the most powerful Knight ever known to the Jedi Order, he is now a disciple of the dark side, a lord of the dreaded Sith, and the avenging right hand of the galaxy’s ruthless new Emperor. Seduced, deranged, and destroyed by the machinations of the Dark Lord Sidious, Anakin Skywalker is dead . . . and Darth Vader lives.

So Many Production Errors
Revisado: 02-27-25
One of the chapters the narrator repeats the same sentence twice. He often whispers and makes it super hard to hear but then he also starts yelling. Had to turn it up because I couldn’t hear the whispering and then had to turn it down because he started yelling right after. The production errors really took the fun out of it for me.

The book felt jumbled at times but if you are into character backgrounds then you would probably like this.

Finally Unabridged!!

Loved it! And loved the “Fools Bargain” story at the end. Narration was beautifully done. I love that he isn’t just reading the story, but acting it out for us as the background noise reflects in every scene.

Historia
Winter is coming. Such is the stern motto of House Stark, the northernmost of the fiefdoms that owe allegiance to King Robert Baratheon in far-off King's Landing. There Eddard Stark of Winterfell rules in Robert's name. Far to the north, behind the towering Wall, lie savage Wildings and worse - unnatural things relegated to myth during the centuries-long summer, but proving all too real and all too deadly in the turning of the season. Yet a more immediate threat lurks to the south, where Jon Arryn, the Hand of the King, has died under mysterious circumstances....

Amazing Story. Didn’t mind the narrator
Revisado: 12-23-23
I loved this book. Even more than the show. So much detail and such vivid descriptions of the world it was easy to imagine yourself there. I see people complaining about the narrator. While he didn’t have that much range for the character voices, and he was a little wet sounding, he didn’t make it hard to listen to. Overall I enjoyed.
