Atomic Habits Is A Must Listen!

I actually started reading this book for our office book club. I was short on time so I decided to buy the audio version, and I'm so glad I did. This author knows how to write and has a great voice for narration. I know I'll be using the methods described in this book to start some good habits and to maintain them, and I'll refer to this book over and over.

Loved this story when I read the book, and now these top-notch narrators make me love it even more. I love when stories are brought to life with narration -- all the emotions, humor, angst, anger, and steam -- and these narrators are some of the best. You and your ears won't regret a single minute.

Salt Kiss is Very Spicy

If you're already a Sierra Simone fan, you will not be disappointed. Lots of angst, steam, and kink, and characters that will get into your heart and soul. However, although there are similarities between them, Mark Trevena is no Ash or Auden from two of her other series. He comes across cold, but I don't think we know his full story yet. Tristan and Isolde are tormented and likeable, and we don't know what awaits them in Manhattan. I am so looking forward to the next book. I had never listened to a book narrated by Oscar Reyes, and he was magnificent -- especially as the tormented Tristan!

Short Pirate Romance

I enjoyed this quick story about Brody, the Pirate, and Gwen, the fisherwoman. The narrator did a good job with both male and female voices.

Lair of the Wolves Book 2

I was left kind of feeling unfulfilled. Don't get me wrong -- it was enjoyable enough to listen to since Jim Frangione is an A+++++ narrator who I could listen to all day. I also love the main characters, Daniel and Lydia. And if you read or listened to book 1, you know Lydia is one of the wolven. But there are other things going on, and I kept waiting for the why of the stories or for something climactic to happen, but it didn't. The book ends on a cliffhanger, but it isn't about Daniel and Lydia. So I guess there will be a book 3, and I'll have to read or listen to that when it comes out.

Kate and Ant

I loved listening to the story of Kate and Ant. The Irish and Italian families are a hoot. You just can't go wrong with a story about a McCullough. Amber Battaglia was the perfect narrator for this story.

Declan and Sloan Rule

Declan is the hot new head of the Irish mafia, and Sloan is his captive -- or is she? If you read Ruthless Creatures, then you know Sloan is fearless and could win anyone over. She definitely doesn't disappoint in this story, but even she can't resist the sexy Declan. Another great story by J.T. Geissinger fabulously and perfectly narrated by this trio.

A Great Beginning to this Mafia Romance series

J.T. Geissinger's books are all great reads, but hearing them may be even better. These three narrators really brought Natalie and Kage's story to life. Troy, Brooke, and Michelle truly nailed the voices and emotions of Kage, Nat, and Sloane. I can't wait to listen to the next book -- Carnal Urges.

Can't get enough of the Ikati!

Book three of this shifter series is just as good as the previous two. Even though Eliana annoyed me at times, I love her and Demetrius and their story and The Bellatorum. If you thought the previous enemy was evil, you haven't seen anything yet. And I just have to add "long live The Queen".

Fall In Love With The McCulloughs

I had already read the e-book version of this story and fell in love with the McCulloughs then, but I couldn't resist the opportunity to listen to the story on audio. Conor Mahood did a fantastic job of narrating the story and capturing the essence of the McCulloughs. The story centers around Samantha (Sam) Dougherty and how she came to be with the McCulloughs; about a love so pure, and real, and unexpected between Sam and Colin McCullough, but with an expiration date because of his chosen path in life.This is a great beginning to a series about seven McCullough siblings and their parents and the people who love them. You will laugh, and cry, and cheer for Sam and Colin. If you decide to listen to just one audiobook this year, Sacred Waters should be it.
