I couldn't stop listening. I learnt so much, felt so much. I wish I was back at the beginning with the whole incredible journey ahead of me.

This will definitely be my book of the year.

An interesting look into how TJ Klune prepares and writes his novels. Also learning how he chooses his narrators, how he perceives his years to come, and his tough comments about the terrible reality of the current censure of books in the US today, were all valuable insights from this fantastic author.

Devastating

Should be on all the reading/listening lists of those who didn't live through the terrifying years of the 80s and 90s.

The book covers two distinct, yet devastatingly interwoven, stories; the birth and rise of AIDS and the story of one of the greatest singers, songwriters and showmen the world has known to date.

Brilliant!

I'm still breathless as I get to end of the book! NOX is quite simply an amazing listen. I can't imagine what it's like inside the author's head! It must be pretty crazy, frightening and exciting.

I loved this audible recording. Not only was the story extremely well crafted, to the point where I literally found myself living in the world where 'creatures' such as NOX really exist; but also Kirt Graves' performance was spot on.

The balance between the very hot sex scenes, the action and the technical stuff was perfect.

Most beautiful audio book ever

I listened to this book over 4 years ago and can't believe that I didn't immediately write my review. I have thought about the book so many times and will listen to it again when my heart stops beating so hard from the first listening. I never would have believed that a book 'written' by a dog could be so beautiful and that the subject would captivate me so totally.

I love Kate Morton's books

I am never disappointed by Kate Morton's books. Her writing is beautiful with descriptions that bring to life the characters, their lives and times in which they live. She has a way of weaving a mystery that keeps me hanging onto every word. The added bonus of Caroline Lee's beautiful readings make all of Kate Morton's books mesmerising. I don't have a favorite book but The Secret Keeper kept me on the edge of my seat until the very last word.

Fantastically well researched

Neither my 13 year old mother-tongue French son (with only moderate English comprehension) nor I could stop listening to this exciting real life story of submarine divers searching to solve the mystery of a German submarine found off the US coast in recent years. We knew absolutely nothing about diving before starting to listen, but were drawn into a whole new world as we followed discovery after discovery, as well as the terrifying dangers that can face those who brave the deepest waters.

I'm sleeping much better on the whole, with some exceptional nights of sleep such as I haven't had in years. I use the recording on my Kindle with headphones and find it easy to navigate between the different sections.

I noticed that some people said that they were disturbed by the Audible announcement at the end of the book, but this hasn't been the case for me.

I recommend this recording to all with sleep problems, but also to people who wish to use hypnosis to work on health problems or other issues (the 'healing' section, the 'sweet dreams' and 'creative sleep sections').
