Me gusta que la autora amplíe la historia de Snow y nos de un contexto completo de él y su relación con los juegos del hambre. Ojalá saque más libros hablando de otros juegos y de Lucy Grey o tal vez quede en misterio.

I've always been an Elvis fan but after watching the movie I wanted to know more about Priscilla's story and I loved how she wrote and narrated this book. You can feel every emotion she felt, either sadness or happiness she really shines though out all. I loved how this is a story of how she found herself and found the courage to be her. 💗✨

Un must para todo fan de Kendrick

Me gustó que este libro narra el contexto personal, social y político de la música de Kendrick y profundiza en lo que estaba pensando al sacar cada álbum, los momentos clave de su carrera y explica porqué revolucionó el rap. Lo único que no me gustó fue como en los últimos capítulos enaltecen demasiado a Barack Obama, claro que tuvo uno de los papeles más importantes en la representación de la comunidad negra pero sus acciones como presidente no fueron 100% buenas en cuanto a minorías y las guerras fuera de USA, me hubiera gustado que no usarán tanto tiempo en Obama y se centraran más en Kendrick.

Amé al personaje de su mamá porque me recordó a la mía y lo que más me gustó es como se convierte en un libro sobre la vida y como es bonita a pesar de todo lo que nos duele, pasando por muchos temas cotidianos.

As someone growing up in a disfunctional family I really related a lot to this book, it describes so perfectly how it is to love people that hurt you and how it is to break away from those environments. I really cried at the end both from joy for her journey and from reflecting on everything she talked about along the book. I hope we can see more of her writing and directing and I'm so glad she got to write this and the impact this book is having everywhere!
