I loved this book
it has been awhile since a story hit me hard and this one got me at once and didn't let go. the humor, the mystery, the love! I highly recommend!

Still loving the series!

This one was great! Loved Claray and her animals and Bryson. it had some funny moments as well. I really thought that this book would be about Alec the last Buchanan brother, but was about a cousin instead. I was happily surprised because it was still good, and I was still wondering who the villain was until the end and it means we are going to get at least one more in this series as we do need Alec's story! I mean come on! Lynsay can't leave us hanging on that one. we have invested too much time over the years with this family and their friends. If she can find a way to continue even after Alec (as she has proven possible with this book) then I am all for it. keep 'em coming Lynsay!

I truly enjoyed the 2nd installment of the series. I really felt for Bryce and Dori even when Bryce was being a jerk. I can't wait for the 3rd book to be available. I need to know about Liam!

It sounded good when I read the synopsis, and I was not familiar with this author or narrator. I am so glad I got it. it was winderful, it was sweet, it was hard at times to listen. I cried at some of scenes, because they we heart wrenching, but untimely cried with happiness.

2nd on the sseries, but could be a stand alone. I love Alec and Giselle. I laughed like I did with the first one, got a bit angry and nervous too
. Totally worth it! As always Anthony did a great job with the narration. his voice being the narrator of so many books has become the quintessential highlander voice for me!!!

these two are well matched and I love how the relationship develops and the love and acceptance they have for each other. not to mention laugh out loud funny at times. I mean love, sex, laughter....what more could you want in an escape novel!!!

I have loved this entire series! Having said that. there are a few books that stand out among the rest. Lackland and Bridget, Alex and Lena and now Brodee and Patience. highly recommend.

This one like book 2 had dark elements. It like book 2 had parts that where hard to listen too as I pictured myself there in the characters shoes. However, the love and strength that Alex and Lena had and shared to overcome their individual pain also makes this story truly romantic and hopeful.

Lackland and Bridget broke my heart

This story was.painful, beautiful and honest. In ways it was darker than the other two, but also more hopeful and light. I laughed,.cried,.wanted to yell, cringed and signed. This was a true love story to be sure, and a reminder of what the power of love can do, overcome and heal. Thank you Julie for writing this and Tim for bringing it to stunning life.
