Without giving too much away, this story hit very close to my heart. I take care of my brother who has disabilities and you better believe if someone ever hurt him, I'd be more than willing to go to prison for him! Love that Lani Normalizes people on the spectrum having a happily ever after.

If you are a lover of this series as well as the Eagle Elite series, you knew this book was gonna be good! But it is so much better than good. MaxSim is a personal favorite of mine and this book didn't disappoint in telling his and Iz's rocky road to HEA. And can't so many of us relate to being afraid of being our true selves for fear of rejection from those we love! Soooo good.

Okay so the female narrator has a domo arigato mr roboto vibe going on, but on 1.25 playback speed its alot better. As with all of LLV's books the story was ahhhmazing enough that I didn't let it stop me from finishing. I am so loving this darker tone to the series even if it has my tear ducts working in overdrive.
