Any additional comments?
These books go into more detail than the show ever could and the performances are spot-on. Well rounded stories I listened to more than once, like a favorite pop song.

Any additional comments?
I'm a fan of the TV series and found the audio books to be even better in that they were allowed to go into more detail. The characters were many faceted and not always predictable. Beneath the Bleeding in particular struck a chord with me and I listened to it several times.

Decent and Entertaining

Any additional comments?
Although some of the characters seemed a bit cookie-cutter, the story and epilogue were thought provoking and interesting. I enjoyed it. Performance made it a good listen, not sure if I would have actually read it in print.

Just What I was Looking for

What other book might you compare The Good House to and why?
I would put this on par with, or even preferred over, Hell House, which is another favorite.
Any additional comments?
I'm a sucker for a good haunted house story and this was a great new twist on an old traditional style story. The performance brought the book to life.
