Historia
A century after his recovery of the alien Necroteuch, Gregor Eisenhorn is one of the Imperial Inquisition's most celebrated agents. But when a face from his past returns to haunt him, and he is implicated in a great tragedy that devastates the world of Thracian Primaris, Eisenhorn's universe crumbles around him. The daemon Cherubael is back, and seeks to bring the inquisitor to ruin - either by his death, or by turning him to the service of the Dark Gods.

Flashes of greatness
Revisado: 06-17-24
This book is solid but lacks some of the charm the original cast had and also has heavy pacing issues. The last two chapters should have simply been a third book

A Slow But Worthwhile Burn
Revisado: 06-14-23
Big fan of 40k in general but have only recently started delving into the books. Really enjoyed this one, though I felt the latter sections were much better than the first. VA was overall great but when men do women it always sounds silly lol. His performance was better than some I’ve heard before. Absolutely worth the listen.

Historia
On the forge world of Morod, the machines never stop and the work never ends. The population toils in the mines and factoria to protect humanity from the monsters in the void, while the Adeptus Mechanicus enjoy lives of palatial comfort. Genetor Gammat Triskellian seeks to end this stagnant corruption. When he learns of a twisted congregation operating within the shadows, one which believes that the tech-priests are keeping people from their true salvation, he sees in them an opportunity to bring down Morod's masters and reclaim the world in the name of progress.

Meh, okay I guess
Revisado: 10-21-22
The plot for this feels contrived and lackluster, and while I wanted to root for the genestealers I found that I simply couldn’t because they seemed so pathetically bland. The VA does a fantastic job with the male characters and general narration but the female characters felt weak in comparison.
