Excellent in depth explanations with practical instruction

I LOVE that David is reading the book him self. he has such a soothing and pleasant voice. the book has a lot of science in it but it’s presented in a beautiful almost poetic way. He makes it nice to listen to such a complex topic. I’m so glad I finally got around to buying this book. I wish I would have read it sooner so I could have started working in my anti aging last year. We’re so lucky to live in an age where we can access this knowledge!

Had to cut it off when she was quoting the fictional “Abraham Hicks” character and doing it in a way that sounds like she’s in a cult . creepy AF!!

Good reminders. Nothing mind blowing but not a waste of time

I thought most of the book was very basic but good reminders for people who forget how to communicate. I thought the narrator voice was very annoying- I prefer someone who talks in a normal human speaking voice (sorry ) so I had to force myself to keep listening. But not horrible overall.

Great little spiritual book

An intro to the idea of spreading your light and positive energy wonderful book for young women to read! and a great refresher if you already understand this universal principal, it will still leave you happy that you read it- it’s a super easy read/listen.

Not about minimalism at all :(

This author literally ripped off everything in this book from other authors, in some cases word for word! Not only that, but it is not about minimalism at all! It's about home organization and has absolutely no information that my 5year old kid wouldn't already know. This is insulting to my intelligence. Seriously, it's so bad that it angers me. And Shame on this author for the blatant plagiarism!

The cover made me think that this book would be a bunch of fluff but there was a lot of meat and new info! I have read almost every self help book out there and this book has some new perspective! great book I will re-read over and over

Wow she does not disappoint! Even better than the first book!

I almost didn't buy this book because I thought how could the next book possibly have any new info in it. But I adore this author so much that I bought it anyway and I was so blown away. This is the most motivated I have ever been to make money. I need this woman to come live in my closet and give me a pep talk every morning!
